Activated Carbon Foam Rangehood Filters
Activated carbon foam filters are single use filters and should be replaced at least every 3 to 4 months (or even more regularly if you cook with a lot of oil!).
Activated carbon foam filters are great at removing odours
and are suited for use with re-circulating rangehood systems.
Elgee activated carbon foam filters are manufactured from either 3 or 10mm thick activated carbon foam blankets which are sandwiched between two aluminium mesh sheets. The frames are manufactured from 0.8mm thick formed aluminium sheets which are pop riveted together.
Carbon Foam filters are available in three different thicknesses (3, 8 & 12mm).
